About Jenny

My name is Jenny and I am an Italian tutor with a strong passion for languages. I see them as a secret code that piece-by-piece give you access to worlds you would never otherwise discover. Over the years I have helped many students gain confidence and enjoy speaking Italian, whether they were complete beginners or looking to improve their fluency. My teaching style is professional yet friendly, always adapted to the student’s needs and goals. I believe that learning a language should be motivating, enjoyable, and stress-free. I explain clearly, encourage questions, and create a supportive atmosphere where mistakes are seen as part of the learning process. In addition to tutoring, I also design structured digital language courses, which means my lessons are well organised and results-oriented. About the lesson

My approach to tutoring I believe languages should be practical, enjoyable, and tailored to each student’s needs. My method is communicative and interactive, focusing on conversation and real-life situations rather than long grammar lectures. Grammar and vocabulary are introduced in context, so you can immediately use what you learn. Structure of a lesson A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes. We usually start with a short review or warm-up activity, then move into a themed topic (for example: ordering food, travel situations, or talking about your hobbies). I introduce the key words and phrases, followed by guided practice, role-plays, and conversation. We finish with a recap and a short task to consolidate what you’ve learnt. My qualifications and experience I have a degree in foreign languages and years of experience teaching adults and young adults, both online and in person. I also design structured language courses, which means my lessons are well organised, clear, and designed to help you progress step by step while keeping things fun and engaging.
