About Kosuke

I used to belong to a semi professional baseball team in Japan as an athletic trainer and training coach for 5 years. From my team, some players contracted with NPB teams, which are teams in professional baseball league in Japan. So, I want to contribute young players improve their baseball skills by using my experience. Mainly, I want to focus on the fundamental parts of baseball skills. Baseball in North America is more developed than in Japan. However, some parts of baseball techniques and practical drills are differently developed in Japan. That's why some Japanese baseball players can skillfully use their own body, and they can play well in MLB although their physical strengths are not so high level like other MLB players. I want to share my understandings and my experience with my clients. If you have interests in leaning baseball techniques and skills from me. Please contact me.

About the lesson

-My lessons: playing catch, batting practice, fungo, calisthenics for baseball and training for baseball.
-Partial practice: throwing form (for field players and pitchers).
-partial practice: how to catch (play catch, grounder, fly ball).
-partial practice: bat swing form drills, tee drills, ball toss drills and regular BP.
-partial practice: calisthenics for baseball skills, resistance training for baseball (how to use our body to play baseball).
-My lessons are for elementary, junior high and high school students. (and, I can tutor even for adult).

You don't have any bad habit in your body movement, so you could learn smoothly in the first lesson. You can catch a ball without missing catching. You can throw a ball with good control and with good spin in short distance.
