About Jiyad
I completed my B.Tech in Computer Science in 2026 from Asansol Engineering College and went through campus placement preparation myself very recently, so I know exactly which topics get tested and where students lose marks. Outside coursework I build software: a Spring Boot backend with authentication and automated tests, and a Java Discord bot with a modular plugin architecture. Writing and maintaining real code is what taught me the difference between knowing a concept and being able to use it under time pressure, and that is what I try to pass on. I started tutoring because juniors kept asking me the same questions about pointers and object-oriented design, and explaining it clearly turned out to be something I enjoy. I am patient with beginners and I do not rush past the part you did not follow.

I teach Java and C to engineering students, focusing on writing and debugging code rather than memorizing syntax. A typical session runs sixty to ninety minutes: a short concept walkthrough, then live problem-solving where you write the code and I review it line by line, followed by practice problems to attempt before the next class. For Java I cover OOP, collections, exception handling, and data structures and algorithms at the level campus placement tests actually ask. For C I cover pointers, memory, arrays, strings, structures, and file handling, which is where most first and second year students get stuck in labs and vivas. I work through real compiler errors and segmentation faults on screen instead of showing only clean textbook examples, because reading your own error output is the skill that transfers. Suitable for B.Tech and diploma students from first year through placement preparation, and complete beginners are welcome.
