After graduating with honours from a BA in Communication & Design, then doing professional International Sailing and Olympic Match Racing to boundless Breathwork practices and Polar bear dips, all the while working in the Creative Arts & Design industries, Jeyda has made a meaningful connection between her multifaceted achievements and main focus - the unique ability to foster a creative flow state for consistent high performance.

About the lesson

From Guided Breathwork to Coaching, I've designed specific techniques that promote creative freedom for those who may be experiencing blocks in their personal and/or professional lives.

Private Coaching is offered to all ages and skill levels either in-person, over the phone, or online. One-on-one sessions are to help generate a sense of greater focus & flow tailored to meet your specific creative needs.

Partnered coaching is ideal for those in relationships, who are friends, family or co-workers. Sessions can be done in the studio space, your home, or online.
