About Carrie
In addition to teaching for over four years, and with over 15 years of practice, Carrie continues to learn and expand her understanding of yoga daily and formally through continued education.
Carrie also has a background in adult education having spent many years designing and delivering training in various formats including in person and digitally. A strong leader, Carrie also has experience as a CEO leading a technology organization. These skills have been beneficial to her work as a yoga practitioner and instructor.

Depending on the needs of each group or participant, yoga programs are customized. Specialized programs for breath awareness, myofascial release and overall relaxation are areas of expertise.
Programs are designed to be inclusive to adjust to the yogi's abilities. Attention is also spent on fundamental aspects of the eight limbs of yoga and incorporated through practice. As a trauma informed instructor, Carrie's sessions are intended to bring peace and restoration.
