About Jordan
My name is Jordan Parks, and I've been swimming and coaching for over 10 years. I've worked with swimmers of all levels — from adult beginners to competitive athletes — and I hold lifeguard and coaching qualifications. I'm known for my calm, experienced teaching style and my ability to break down technique into simple, actionable steps. My students trust me because I take time to understand their goals and tailor each session to their needs. I've helped adult beginners overcome fear of water, fitness swimmers improve their endurance and efficiency, and triathletes build confidence in open water. With me, you'll develop a smooth, sustainable technique and a genuine enjoyment of being in the water.

Hi, I'm Jordan Parks. I've taught swimming for 7 years, and my focus is on helping swimmers develop efficient technique, build endurance, and feel completely at home in the water. I work with adult learners, fitness swimmers, triathletes, and anyone who wants to improve their stroke and confidence. My lessons are built around body position, breathing rhythm, and stroke mechanics — with a strong emphasis on freestyle and backstroke. We start with relaxation in the water, effective breathing, and finding a natural, streamlined position. Then we build on that with kicking drills, arm movement, and full stroke integration. I also teach pacing, endurance building, and basic water safety. My approach is patient, experienced, and supportive — I give you clear feedback and help you make steady, visible progress. You'll feel more confident and in control with every session.
