About Naina Tresa
I’m a student who meditates and makes sure self-love is an everyday experience. I aspire to be of help to an environment I’m in. I have done dance shows around the state. Btw I’m from India where self-love is like “not-necessary”. Hence I understand the importance of it more than most people.
HMU when you feel like you’re at a junction in your life where you don’t feel comfortable or not quite yourself.

I always look for communication which majorly involves listening. I don’t believe in advice per se. I give primary importance to making the person feel safe. Approaching those with troubled minds is somehow treated difficult. But I feel that vulnerability is what makes them HUMAN. We ain’t all born strong. We all have our weak points.
The way around it is, I believe, is SELF-LOVE.
