About Jaen
Hello! My name is Jaen, I am a first degree black belt in Wado Kai karate. I started karate when I was 4 years old, I trained competitively for many years and competed in numerous tournaments throughout my training years. Growing up with the sport, I understand the mental hardships that can come with it. There were many times were I wanted to quit and pursue a different hobby as commitment was not a skill I had acquired yet.
However, my hard work paid off. I earned my black belt at 16 and was the youngest black belt to be trained under my instructor of 10+ years. Karate has taught me how to be patient and how long term dedication is the pathway to success. I hope to inspire younger students who may be facing the same type of crossroad I experienced.

I am a first degree black belt in Wado Kai karate achieved in 2019 at 16. I'm looking to help develop student's confidence in karate and themselves, along with help overcome any mental challenges students may be facing that can come with the sport. Looking to teach students of all levels up to groups of 3.
It is important to note that as of right now, I do not have a proper space to accomodate lessons. Lessons will have to take place in the students home
