I'm a recent Kinesiology grad from McMaster University, where I focused my course selection on coaching, nutrition, physical fitness, well-being and sport psychology. My knowledge in sport nutrition comes from passion and personal interest, along with 10 years of experience in sport.

Nutritional consulting and lessons will be made up of some theory and then working with the athlete to create healthy meals, go-to snacks and recipes and options for eating on the road. As a varsity athlete, and soon to be professional, nutrition has allowed me to take my game to the next level.
