About Michael
I graduated from the Faculty of Kinesiology in May 2018 and currently conduct research in Cardio-pulmonary Physiology of Exercise as a graduate student. I aim to complete the Masters of Physical Therapy program in the near future whilst continuing my involvement in research. I have ample experience teaching and supporting individuals through physical, intellectual, and social learning (peer-tutoring, coaching, respite).

My main approach is to facilitate a students mental organization of the material they are studying. Often times, when students struggle with certain concepts, they are trying to absorb all the information at once. I encourage students to break concepts into smaller components and build from there. I also help students find study habits/practices that are more efficient and better suited to their needs.
