About Ridhi

Hello! I'm Ridhi, a second-year Psychology undergraduate at King's College London with a DELF B2 qualification in French.

Learning French has been a rewarding journey for me, and I enjoy helping others build confidence in the language. I understand that every student learns differently, so I aim to create a supportive and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace.

Whether you're just starting out, preparing for school exams, or looking to improve your conversational skills, I'll tailor each lesson to your individual goals and learning style. I focus on developing a strong foundation in grammar and vocabulary while making lessons interactive through speaking practice, reading exercises, and real-life examples.

As a psychology student, I'm particularly interested in how people learn and retain new information. I incorporate this understanding into my lessons by breaking down complex concepts into manageable steps and adapting my teaching methods to suit each student.

I'm patient, organized, and committed to helping my students progress while making learning French an enjoyable experience. I look forward to helping you achieve your language goals!

About the lesson

I believe that learning a language should be engaging, interactive and tailored to each student's goals. My lessons are designed to build confidence in speaking, listening, reading and writing while developing a strong foundation in grammar and vocabulary. I adapt my teaching style to each learner's pace and use a combination of conversation practice, visual resources, exercises and real-life examples to make lessons enjoyable and practical.

A typical lesson lasts around 60 minutes, although shorter sessions can be arranged for younger learners. Each lesson includes a review of previous material, introduction of new concepts, guided practice and time to ask questions, ensuring students leave feeling confident about what they have learned.

I hold a DELF B2 qualification in French and am currently a Psychology undergraduate at King's College London. Having learned French myself, I understand the challenges students face and aim to create a supportive, patient and encouraging learning environment where mistakes are viewed as part of the learning process.

My lessons are suitable for beginners, primary and secondary school students, adult beginners and anyone looking to improve their conversational French or build confidence in the language.
