About Konstantinos

I am a native Greek Trinity College Dublin graduate who has lived in Ireland for 8 years, certified in teaching Greek as a foreign language.
Send me a message with your level and what you’d like to achieve, and I’ll suggest a plan for the first lesson! All levels are welcome.

About the lesson

Online Greek lessons for adults, one-to-one, with a native speaker

In my lessons you’ll speak Greek from the very first session. I adapt every lesson to your level and goals, whether you’re a complete beginner, returning to the language, or preparing for a trip, a move to Greece, or work with Greek colleagues.

What a typical lesson looks like

Warm-up (5 min): a short chat in Greek to get you comfortable.
New material (20-25 min): vocabulary and grammar explained simply, with plenty of examples.
Speaking practice (20-25 min): real-life dialogues such as ordering food, asking for directions, introducing yourself, and small talk.
Wrap-up (5 min): a summary of what you learned and a short optional task for next time.

What you’ll get

Clear help with the Greek alphabet and pronunciation, so you can read confidently from the start
Lessons built around your goals, not a fixed textbook
Shared notes and a vocabulary list after each lesson
Patient corrections and encouragement, so you’re never afraid to make mistakes

Who it’s for

All levels, A1-C1
Adults with Greek heritage who want to speak with family
Professionals and engineers who need Greek for work
Travellers and anyone who simply loves the language

Practical details

Online on Zoom, Google Meet, or your preferred platform
60-minute lessons in English, with more Greek as you progress

Send me a message with your level and what you’d like to achieve, and I’ll suggest a plan for your first lessons.

Tried learning Greek on Duolingo for months and barely got anywhere, but after just a few lessons with Konstantinos, everything started making sense. He actually explains why the grammar works the way it does instead of just making you memorize lists. Super chill atmosphere too. Definitely recommend!

Great lessons with Kostas, very reliable, easy to talk to, and really good at breaking down difficult Greek grammar. I feel like I'm making real progress every single week. Highly recommend!

I’ve been taking lessons with Konstantinos on Superprof for a few months now, and it’s honestly been great. Learning Greek as a complete beginner felt pretty intimidating at first, but he made it really approachable right from day one. Instead of just drilling grammar rules, we focus a lot on actual speaking and useful phrases I’d actually use. Super patient, always well-prepared, and flexible with timing when my work schedule gets crazy. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
