About Will
I graduated last year from the University of Cambridge with a degree in Classics, but I have a passion for teaching! I have spent the last year working as a full-time private tutor while performing comedy in my spare time!
I have tutored students of all ages and abilities to help them reach their potential, whether it's A*s at A-Level or GCSE, passing common entrance, entrance examinations or just for personal improvement!

For me the most rewarding thing about tutoring is setting achievable targets with each student and working at a pace and in a style that best helps them gain confidence in their subject. Whether these targets are exam-based or just extra help with a subject, my aim is to teach in small steps to build up to significant and measurable improvement that the student can really recognise and enjoy. For these reasons I use a very tailored approach to tutoring and try to create a bespoke experience with each student that will work well with their own style of learning - suffering from dyspraxia myself, I very much understand that all people learn and take in information in different ways.
Having studied Classics at university and foreign languages at A-Level, I particularly enjoy teaching modern and ancient languages. My Teaching English as a Foreign Language qualification not only helps me with teaching english to non-native speakers, but also has given me a much better understanding of how best to teach any language, and what exact points to focus on.
