About Stefania
I am a qualified teacher with PGCE (postgraduate study in education) in Latin and Modern Languages (French with Italian), with two years of teaching experience in Secondary schools, where I currently work in London.
I am also qualified to teach Italian as a second Language (DITALS Certificate by University of Siena)
I have attended a Master in Italian Literature and Linguistic with honours at University of Rome and, of course, I am Italian native speaker.
I taught to young and adults students to any level, age in different countries (I have also studied and lived in France). Before getting into secondary teaching I have been working for a year in a language school in heart of London (Happy Languages), in France (Società Dante Alighieri) and almost two years in Rome (Scuola Leonardo Da Vinci).
I have been offering private tuitions fro 12 years both in Latin and Italian.
Concerning Italian teaching I use a communicative approach, matching use of language with grammar, but I am open to different needs (GCSE preparation, CILS, CELI)
I love to teach and spread my language and culture, learning a language always means to open to a new world.
