About Kanishka
I built strong STEM foundations throughout high school, consistently achieving top grades and ultimately topping my cohort with 44/45 IB points. Yet my aspirations always pointed elsewhere. I knew I wanted to study law, a dream I am now actively pursuing. That said, I often reflect on what I could have achieved had I followed the STEM path, and tutoring feels like the perfect way to stay connected to both sides of my academic identity. Having tutored before and seen students genuinely improve, I know firsthand the satisfaction it brings, and I want to channel that experience into something meaningful. Helping others reach their potential is a fulfilment I'm eager to pursue again.

Previously, when I was tutoring students in school, I'd ask them about what topics they were currently studying in class or had an exam coming up in. Then, I'd go through the topic myself, break it into systematic sections for understanding and transform complexity into clarity by resolving doubts on the way. Typically, I held classes once a week for an hour, but the students approached me with doubts whenever they could so I was always flexible. I've previously taught students from grade 8 to 12.
