About Elizabeth

I am a current MA Law (PGDL) student and a First-Class Criminology graduate, awarded Best Dissertation 2025 for my undergraduate research.

Alongside my studies, I have been supporting students with academic writing, essay structure, research skills and assessment preparation. My academic background combines criminology, law and social science research, allowing me to help students develop strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

I understand that many students struggle not because they lack knowledge, but because they are unsure how to structure arguments, apply legal principles, engage critically with sources or meet university marking criteria. My aim is to make academic expectations clearer and help students gain confidence in their own abilities.

I have experience supporting students studying criminology, law, sociology and dissertation-based modules, as well as students preparing for coursework, presentations and independent research projects.

About the lesson

My lessons are tailored to your course, university requirements and current stage of study.

Before our first session, I will ask for details of your module, assessment brief and any marking criteria so that our sessions can focus on exactly what you need.

Students are welcome to bring draft work, essay plans, feedback from lecturers or specific questions to sessions. We can work through these together and identify practical ways to improve grades.

Lessons are delivered online and can be booked as one-off sessions for specific assessments or as ongoing support throughout your studies.
