About Cody

I am an unrestricted legal practitioner who has now graduated from the Master of Law at the College of Law. I want to give back academically and grow by sharing my experience with law students. Only 5 years ago I was in law school undertaking the same subjects you were, I scored a GPA of 6.7/7 and I believe I could have clean swept the degree if I knew from year 1 the right approach to studying law to maximize my chances of success. In my last year of law, I overloaded 5 subjects in semester 1 - corporations law, administrative law, evidence law, property law and equity scoring HD's across the board. I am definitely not more intelligent than my peers (I was often shocked at others' results and what they described as their approach to law school), but having systems in place allowed me to maximize my potential grade. Having a system in place which allows you to draw upon what you learn and apply it in law school is absolutely essential for managing your workload. This is even more true in law practice, and this systemized approach has allowed me to hit billing targets in legal practice, earning the trust of my senior colleagues, right out of the gate. I assure anyone who is willing to put in the time and work, regardless of how smart you think you are, that you will optimize your results with a systemized strategy tailored to you. It will not be an easy path to take, but the reward of completing the degree with a high GPA knowing you earned every point, lasts a lifetime. I look forward to helping you achieve these results.
