I would approach the subject of 'Leadership' through anecdotal references from military history, highlighting a particular aspect of leadership thrown up in a given set of circumstances. Military history is replete with examples of praise-worthy leadership in the face of severe odds. For example, during World War II in Burma, Field Marshal Bill Slim turned defeat into victory with his outstanding leadership. Even in defeat, many military leaders stood out for their inspirational leadership. These accounts would be contextualised to bring out the various facets of leadership.
