About Nandita

My name is Nandita Mukherjee. I am a certified Yoga & Mindfulness trainer with a Diploma in Yoga and Mindfulness, and currently pursuing a PhD in Mental Health. Since 2012, I have been working in the field of mindfulness and child psychology, gaining rich experience in guiding young minds. I love teaching kids and young adults, helping them learn with joy, discipline, and emotional balance.

About the lesson

My classes are not about sitting for one hour and learning by force. They are spontaneous, flowing, and creative, where students explore Bengali, yoga, mindfulness, life skills, and poems in a natural way. Every session feels like a joyful journey, not a routine. Students learn to express, relax, and grow with confidence and inner peace
