About FLORENCE

I am a graduate of the University of Paris 1 with a double master's degree in management and marketing / I am also a Sophrologist (a therapeutic approach based on relaxation and the development of consciousness). During my career spanning more than 30 years in France, I have been a tutor for young people in companies, as well as a teacher in business schools. I did also a lot of revision help for the kids

About the lesson

A customized approach :
- we see together what you want improve / learn and then I adapt the lessons :
mainly conversation with grammar points and vocabulary at the end (at random, on a specific subject, based on a newspaper article, based on a video (humour, information,...), vocabulary focused on a specific subject (a scan of all the themes of everyday life, at work, etc.) and reused in sentences, with a grammatical point if necessary (l send the doc, the day by email),
revision support for students
helping students to be more confident speaking French
I add to my lessons, dynamic relaxation exercises (the sophrology therapeutic approach, as a sophrologist (I have been trained during a year in 2016 "Institut de formation à la sophrologie, Paris 10ème)
