About Lily
I have been cooking and developing my knowledge and understanding of food for the last decade. I am not professionally trained, but I am passionate and experienced in what it is to cook really delicious meals at home. I've worked as a private home chef for three years, I have a lot to learn but I believe that when you cook from a place of love instead of a place of perfection you can build this skill forever.

My goal isn't to teach you how to perfectly de-bone a chicken. I want to teach you how to de-bone that chicken, how to make the best chicken stock with your leftover veggie scraps, and then how to make a chicken noodle soup with said stock in the Instant Pot. I hope to share my tips and tricks about waste management, and I want to learn from my students as well. My students can look forward to taking something home, containers of whatever meal we just made, a jar of salsa that we roasted and canned, a bag of sun-dried tomatoes to add to every inspired meal.

Details
I also speak Spanish, and will provide all the equipment, tools and ingredients needed. If we are making a big meal (i.e. Thanksgiving dinner) I may request pot-luck style ingredient contributions.
