About Priti
I am an Engineer by profession and have always been a working mom. Busy life. But the family always got nutritious full meals - no compromise. I have been cooking using clay pots and have incorporated ancient techniques from the Yoga masters that I will teach. You will learn how to put together a Yogic meal for a family in less than 45 minutes.
