About Allison
Passionate about creative hobbies I was a touch to everything during my childhood and adolescence: painting, assembly of beads, deco-patch, home deco ... I tried quite a lot until the sport Then work take me all my time. In 2012, I came to live in Belgium for the work of my spouse, I then crossed the door of a Schleiper shop where I discovered a book on how to make his own polymer clay beads. I was then bitten by the polymer virus and I became completely addicted. After 2 years of training I created my jewelry sales company in 2014. Since I was a teacher at Schleiper for 2 years, I have 2 years in a row at the Créativa salons as a demonstrator, I am a teacher at Maximum In Waremme for 1 and a half years, at IPL in Liège for several months and works for the brand Fimo as a demonstrator Wallonia. I have also just been recruited by the Créatopia store in Neupré, the courses will start very soon. Always anxious to learn and to improve myself I continue to train by attending internships or meetings 3 to 4 times a year. I was able to meet Olga Nicolas, Karine Barrera (aka Akak), Marie-France Tournat, Carole Aubourg (aka Cacofim), Christine Dumont, Ana Belchi, Sophie Dumoulin, Joe Patouille, Philippe Roman, The fantasies of Pïnklily, Leatitia LV (alias Creatitia), Charlotte Lemoine (alias Envie et gourmandise), Carolina Pazos Michell, Ingrid Lepain (aka Louanneblue).

If there is an important base in polymer clay it is the gradient. Called skinner blend in English it was invented in a modern way in 1994 by the American Judith Skinner. Revolutionary, this technique allows to melt and mix 2 colors (or more) in order to create a 3rd. It is truly the basis used in many other techniques that have emerged since (for example the hidden magic, kaleidoscopic canes, flower canes ...). Very easy to carry out this workshop is accessible to all (children, teenagers, adults) without particular prerequisite. We will see together: - The realization of a gradation with 2 colors. - The creation of a 3-color gradient. - With these gradients we will prepare pearls ribbons. - The realization of a "melted" gradient from which we will work to realize an ornament. You will of course leave with your creation as well as a tutorial written in order to be able to train with you. Materials to be provided: - Worktop in glass or ceramic. - Roll. - Rigid blade. - Carry pieces of your choice to make the shapes of your pearls. - Baby wipes, paper towels. - Crystal paper (= florist paper or to cover school books) or parchment paper or paper toast. - Old rigid loyalty card. - Polymer clay: 1 package of white, 3 colors with the choices that marry well between them (of the fimo is available to the store). - Mounting hardware (clips, rings, clasp, ear hooks, ring holder, cord ...). Most of this material is available at the store so do not bother if you do not have everything, we will always manage. We are here to learn together and spend a friendly time in joy and good humor.
