As a mum of tow bilingual children now but also as a linguist, translator and Language tutor, I truly believe that the best way of learning a language is through passion, immersion and a positive spirit.
I have studied all the major teaching methods and styles and as a language tutor I always seek to understand individual needs and objectives. I value the importance of my students' personal experience and knowledge and I believe live and personalised communication is at the base of my teaching. Language learning comes through communicating real meaning and interaction. During my lessons, I reproduce the use of real language in different context, utilising many different types of materials including reading, listening and writing.
