About Makky

こんにちは！I’m Mahak — a Japanese language coach currently living in Tokyo, Japan. I work in a Japanese company and use Japanese daily at work and in my personal life. I’ve experienced how powerful it is to learn a language through immersion, which is exactly how I teach — by helping students speak and think in Japanese, not just translate. I specialize in teaching Indian students, using explanations in Hindi or English if needed, but keeping most of the class in Japanese to help you gain fluency faster. Whether you’re learning Japanese for the JLPT, for work, anime, culture, or everyday conversation — I will guide you with real-life usage, cultural understanding, and confidence-building practice. Currently offering online lessons only, mainly on weekends and weekday evenings (from 5:30 PM IST onward). I’d love to help you become a confident Japanese speaker with natural, useful language skills.

About the lesson

My classes focus on practical, real-life Japanese — the way it’s actually spoken in Japan. I use an immersion-based approach, encouraging students to speak Japanese from Day 1, just like I learned it while living and working in Tokyo. Whether you’re learning Japanese for the JLPT (N5–N3), travel, work, anime, or daily conversation, I will customize the class to suit your needs. What you’ll experience in my lessons: • Speaking-focused practice • Simple grammar and vocabulary explained in Hindi or English (if needed) • Natural expressions and pronunciation tips • Cultural insights and real-world usage Classes are held online via Zoom or Google Meet. Class Timings (India Time): • Weekdays: 5:30 PM IST onward (after my work hours) • Weekends: Flexible slots available Let’s make Japanese fun, simple, and something you can actually use in real life
