I offer lessons for beginner and for intermediate level. l am using different teaching materials, including the textbooks "Genki" and "Minna no Nihongo" to create tailored lessons for you. We will learn together useful vocabulary and grammar, but also how to write in Japanese (hiragaga, katakana, kanji) in a fun way.
My university teachers used to tell me that the language is a reflection of a society's culture and its perception of the world so I can share with you my knowledge of Japanesese culture that will be useful to you, especially if you want to make Japanese friends or planning to visit Japan.

Marina is a great tutor, she really helped me when I was loosing interest, her passion helped me get over that hump and start learning seriously again. I am now proudly semi-fluent :D
Marina tutored me, helping me get good grades for my Japanese exams during university. She is a great tutor, calm and patient, with great tips on how to remember certain things- grammar and kanji. Marina is also very friendly, approachable, and really passionate about Japanese, which inspired me to study harder. I would recommend Marina as she is knowledgeble and dedicated.
