I've been a native speaker for the last twenty years! I met many people from around the world and they all wanted to learn Farsi AKA Persian. Mainly for 2 reasons: 1- You get to know more about Iran, and you will rely on your own, not a stereotypical media 2- You learn more about Khayyam, Molana (Rumi), and the awesomeness behind our poems.

I have a few strategies. Firstly, I assign you to create a vocab list but memorizing wont be useful as long as you don't know how to use the words properly... But the most fun part... you get to watch some Persian TV shows which I found the best way to learn a language!
