About Camden

Cześć! My name is Cam, and I am a Polish-American living in Kraków, Poland. I have been studying Polish for about 5 years now.

My journey with the Polish language began in childhood, and since then, I have been fascinated with the language. I have taken classes at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, Poland at the B2 and C1 level. Furthermore, living here for two years now, I wield the language at a high level, from everyday situations to working in different environments, and studying at uni, I have gained the proper knowledge to excel in this language. I hope I can help you do the same :)

About the lesson

Are you looking to learn and speak Polish? My lessons are designed to be practical, engaging, and tailored to your individual goals. I use a communicative approach combined with structured grammar explanations, real-life conversations, and interactive materials (including authentic Polish media, songs, and current events) so you not only learn the language but actually enjoy the process.

A typical lesson starts with a warm-up conversation, followed by targeted practice of new vocabulary and grammar in context, then speaking activities and role-plays. We always end with homework that is useful and manageable.

What sets me apart is my focus on natural, everyday Polish spoken by real people, not just textbook language. I adapt every lesson to your level, pace, and interests (whether you're preparing for a trip to Poland, connecting with family, studying for exams, or doing business in Polish).

I teach complete beginners, intermediate, and advanced students, from adults and professionals to university students and heritage speakers.
