About Carmela
I usually start my morning with a guitar in my lap and a Spanish song on my mind. My teaching style is energetic because language should feel like a dance.
With 13 years of experience behind me, I help students navigate the nuances of Latin American versus Castilian variants. I hold a Bachelor of Music in Contemporary Music, which informs my focus on rhythm and pronunciation. I am a native Spanish speaker who treats grammar like the backbone of a good melody.
