About Jason
I have been practicing Ashtanga Yoga since 2011 under the guidance of David Robson at the Ashtanga Yoga Centre of Toronto. I have taught throughout Toronto, Vancouver, and North Vancouver, in group settings as well as privates. In my former life, I worked as an Art Director in the Advertising industry.

I teach the Ashtanga method whereby the student is taught the series pose by pose, memorizing as they go. As the student becomes proficient with each posture, the teacher continues to give postures in a specific sequential order, working with each student individually.
