About Ben
I am a collegiate tennis coach with years of experience at some of the highest levels of the game. I have learned coaching from some of the top coaches in the nation and want to share that knowledge with my students. I have been a Division 1, 2, and 3, coach and have been successful in each and every division. I have also helped high school teams to 7 CIF Titles and 10 league titles. I love to make tennis easy to learn so my students can grasp the concepts easily and retain the information.

Hello! My name is Ben, and I have been coaching for the past 10 years! I am currently the Head Coach at Cypress College.
I was most recently the Assistant Women's Tennis Coach at UC Irvine since 2022. While there, I acted as the Head Coach for half of the 2023 Spring season and helped lead the team to a 11-9 finish, the first winning season since 2019. I am the Assistant Director of Wilson Collegiate Tennis Camps at USC. In 2022 I led the Women's Tennis Program at Caltech helping them reach No. 19 in the Nation.
I also was an Assistant then Head Coach for Mater Dei Tennis, winning back to back Trinity League Titles from 2021-2022. From 2018-2019, I then became the Assistant Women’s Tennis Coach at Fresno Pacific University helping rebuild the team. My philosophy is "first the good smile, then the good tennis." I want to first and foremost make sure you love tennis and have fun while improving.
