About Polina

I grew up in Ukraine, and Ukrainian has been a natural part of my everyday life for as long as I can remember. I speak Ukrainian fluently and confidently, and I use it naturally in both everyday communication and academic settings.

I am currently pursuing my higher education in Ukrainian, which means that I use the language regularly for studying, writing, reading, presentations, and communication. This has helped me develop a strong understanding of both spoken and written Ukrainian, as well as the grammar, vocabulary, and nuances of the language.

Because Ukrainian is a language I have lived with throughout my life, I can help you learn not only the rules and vocabulary, but also how Ukrainian actually sounds and is used in real conversations. I can explain things in a simple and understandable way and help you feel more comfortable using the language yourself.

Whether you are starting from zero or already have some knowledge of Ukrainian, I will adapt our lessons to your level and goals. We can focus on speaking, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, reading, or everyday communication.

My goal is to make Ukrainian feel natural and approachable, while helping you build confidence and enjoy the process of learning a new language.

About the lesson

My lessons are designed to make learning Ukrainian practical, engaging, and comfortable for students of all levels. Whether you are a complete beginner, already know some Ukrainian, or want to improve your speaking skills, I will adapt each lesson to your personal goals and learning pace.

During our lessons, we can focus on conversational Ukrainian, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, and listening. I believe that learning a language should not be limited to memorizing rules, so I use real-life situations and interesting topics to help you start using Ukrainian naturally from the very beginning.

For beginners, we will build a strong foundation step by step, learning useful words, phrases, and basic grammar. For more advanced students, we can discuss different topics, expand vocabulary, improve pronunciation, and work on fluency and accuracy.

I always try to create a friendly and supportive atmosphere where you can feel comfortable making mistakes and asking questions. Mistakes are a natural part of learning, and every lesson is an opportunity to become more confident.

Before starting, we can discuss your goals and create a learning plan that works for you. Whether you want to learn Ukrainian for travel, work, communication, family, studies, or simply because you love languages, I will help you make steady progress and enjoy the learning process.
