I am a guitarist with thirteen years of experience who has been teaching students of all levels for five years. I will first teach my students the basics as well as the theory behind guitar playing, and gradually make our way to learning songs and understanding the significance of improvisation. My main goal is for my students to be able to play a wide variety of genres, and to have a concrete understanding of the core theory behind guitar playing.
I have been giving lessons for five years, and have taught students of all levels and all ages. My students have learned to love and appreciate the art of playing guitar, and have developed their skills in becoming more proficient guitar players.
I have been playing guitar since I was eight years old, both electric and acoustic, and have honed my skills to become both proficient in both rhythm and lead guitar. I have also been part of the McGill conservatory (Garage Band) for many years, and learned what it takes to be part of a band, to tour and play in front of audiences. I am currently a University level student studying Pure and Applied Mathematics and graduated from Cegep in Pure and Applied Sciences.
