About Devoran

Hi there!

I am from South Korea and currently working in Nottingham as an SEO executive

I have been volunteering as a 'connector' for foreign students who were studying in my high school to teach them how to speak Korean, Korean cultures in terms of foods, teenage culture, social issues, and even history and help writing in Korean. It was the most amazing experience to know people interested in my country which encouraged me to work as a Korean tutor and I am still contracting with them. Also, I got an IELTS overall of 7.0 which is an average entry English grade for international students to get a bachelor's or master's. So you do to have to worry about communicating in English with me

I am highly keen on meeting new people and talking with them!

About the lesson

My language teaching moto is 'Language is for communication'.
So, my korean lessons would be half formal and half non-textbook style learning. All classes are based on
1.Hand-made paper sheet=Do not have to buy any book!
2.Term could be adjusted.

For those who are new to Korean language and just kinda interested in Korea, classes would be divided into 2 parts.

-Language(Korean alphabet and basic expressions)
-Korean customs and cultures(traditional food,easy social issues etc.)

As those who have intermediate korean level have some grammar and spelling mistakes, some part of classes will be based on corrections.
Also, tutee can choose each topic she/he wants to learn but I will a bit deeply and seriously approach to those subjects. So,the classes would consist of

-Simple writing practice,speaking practice
-topic discussion (Politics,Cultures,Korean social issues,K-pop,Korean dating culture etc.)
-language (verb transform,postpositional word)
