About Mia

Hi! My name is Mia, and I am a Level 8 secondary teaching student with a passion for helping others learn and succeed.

I have always enjoyed working with young people and have experience supporting and encouraging children in educational settings. My goal is to make learning enjoyable, build confidence, and help students reach their full potential in a relaxed, supportive environment.

I understand how challenging exams can feel, so I focus on explaining concepts in a clear and simple way while sharing effective revision and exam techniques. Whether a student is aiming to improve their grades, prepare for exams, or simply gain confidence in a subject, I am committed to helping them achieve their goals.

I offer lessons in Leaving Certificate Physical Education (LCPE), Biology, and Physical Education, with sessions tailored to each student’s individual needs and learning style.

About the lesson

My lessons are tailored to each student’s needs, whether they want to improve their understanding of a topic, prepare for exams, or build confidence in the subject. I create a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students can ask questions and learn at their own pace.

As a Level 8 secondary teaching student with a strong academic background, I understand the current curriculum and exam expectations. I focus on breaking down difficult topics into simple, easy-to-understand explanations while using past exam questions and effective study techniques to help students achieve their best results.

I offer support in Leaving Certificate Physical Education (LCPE), Biology, and Home Economics, as well as Junior Cycle subjects where appropriate. Lessons can be adapted to suit each student’s learning style and goals, whether they need regular weekly grinds or extra help before exams.
