About Aoife

Dia dhaoibh, is mise Aoife! - I love the Irish language, that's why I chose to be a secondary school teacher as my future career path! - I was immersed in Irish in school as I attended Scoil na nÓg as a day border for both 5th and 6th class after this I studied at an all-Irish secondary school Colaiste an Phiarsaigh and did all my subjects through Irish. - High standard of Irish grammar, vocab and literature. Achieved H1 in Irish 2022 leaving cert, now studying Irish in college! I have spent 3 months living in Gaeltacht na nDéise, as a result I have rich vocabulary and concrete grammar skills.

About the lesson

- Lessons will be 1 hour long online - Lessons will be focused on what the student would like to improve. * Pronunciation + Oral practice. * Comprehension + reading in Irish * Grammar, structure + Vocabulary. * Leaving Certificate + Junior Certificate topics: E.g. Poetry/literacy etc. - H1 notes will be provided for all topics. - H1 sample answers can be provided

I could never get the irregular verbs in irish and aoife just really helped me to understand and I got a higher merit in irish in my junior cert and before aoifes help I was close to failing . I would definitely recommend aoife she was a great help and I definitely would not have gotten these results without her.
