Hello, My class parts from the idea that ANYONE can learn how to draw with the right approach. These classes are deemed for beginner, intermediate level students and anyone who wishes to work on their observational skills. Besides the technical side of the class, I also focus on building the confidence and knowledge through MAKING.
I teach through theory and practice. Each lesson we learn new skills and techniques while working on a drawing or painting. I focus on developing the student's talent and imagination to reach full creative potential. Studying at the beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.
I teach arts through two main methods no 1 is making the class too much fun and full of entertainment using the most modern methods of data show and multimedia no 2 : giving the total confidence to judge international examples through artistic values.
First free hour is to assess where you're at. I'll ask you what you want to do and we'll discuss how you'd like to proceed. It's surprising how much can be achieved in just that first hour! I can help walk you through any challenges you are facing because I have faced and conquered many challenges myself.
Draw what you like. If you are a good observer and you can "picture" what you see you can learn how to draw with some tips and techniques, one step at a time.
I provide them with basic idea and knowledge about drawing and help them to explore themselves
I approach the subject of art with great flexibility. I like to first let the students draw and paint what they like before structuring their work.
My teaching methods starts from art appreciation, where students will learn about various art movements, engage in making art, discern Visual Thinking Strategies (a medium to improve critical thinking through discussions of visual imagery.
The class is aimed at beginners. Please send a sample of past art works (1-5) if you have any. We’ll discuss your goals and expectations to see if we’re a good fit. I offer step by step lesson plans, break downs and constructive feedback.
Every class I will work on one watercolor painting, so you could get to know different techniques. I will start to do a part and after finishing that, you will do the same and I will explain possible errors and how to be confident to solve it.
My classes and lessons change based on the individual. I assess what your needs are and plan accordingly. Continuous feedback and positive reinforcement offered. I am most comfortable tutoring and teaching elementary grades; JK-grade 8. Will follow IEP.
I am currently taking a Graphic Design course. Before that, I received my Bachelor's Degree in Communications, with a Minor in Visual Arts. I am in the process of building my professional life around these skills and am excited by the prospect of using and sharing them.
I developed course plans and implemented interesting and interactive material to increase children’s understanding and skills in a broad range of art fundamentals. Set and communicated ground rules for the classroom based on respect and personal responsibility.
I like to make my students happy with what their learning and try to help them as best as I can. I want to find out what exactly they want to learn so they get the most out of their experience.
my teaching method will vary on what you need to learn and achieve. You choose the subject and the medium and I provide the guidance for you to achieve your artistic goals. Use your imagination or work from an image you would like to recreate.
The best thing about painting is that there are some rules and regulations, but the magic comes within your hands and imagination. My technique is to encourage students to express their feelings and emotions on paper. I believe everyone can paint you just need to be passionate and patient.
My teaching methods are simple and easily understandable and I base my classes on your knowledge about the subject.
I approach teaching with a mix of theory and practicality. I think it's important to understand why techniques work the way they do; and even more so, how to apply them. I teach from ages 3+. It is never too late or too early to learn how to draw.
As a tutor, I like to get a clear idea of what material the student is covering. I like to help the student understand by starting with big concepts and making sure they can grasp the larger picture before moving on to smaller details. I enjoy teaching with a more active approach.
These Classes are meant for children between Kindergarten to the fifth grade.
My teaching method is based upon desired outcome. To understand the students intent designs the methods of instruction. My instruction can benefit the novice and the master, as my exprience ranges from the digital world of the corporate artist, to the colourful world of fine art.
My lessons are hands on and I have a flexible teaching style to teach each student differently. I have experience teaching students with Autism and different behavioural needs. I try to connect my lessons to real life experiences to make learning relevant and enjoyable.
My classes are intended for the beginner artist looking to improve their drawing abilities. I base my classes on basic drawing skills, techniques and useful tips and advice that has helped me personally to improve my work as an artist.
My teaching method is Modelling. I have a demonstration of task to students to make the process clearer. By imitating the model, students become aware of the procedures needed to perform the task or use the strategy. My classes are involve with lots of fun and enjoyment.
I always focus on the fundamental. In the beginning, I will teach how to analyze a reference, how to see and understand the object that you wanna draw. After all, drawing is seeing, it's how we see, understand and interpreted the world. Also, I will also show you the proportion and the construction of the figure, so then we com stylize it later for making manga, caricature or a cartoon.
Based on the needs of each student or the common needs of most aspiring creators, I break down proper priorities and actionable steps to take your idea or project forward with the skill or training necessary to see progress and make advancements and generate accurate timeline predictions.
I learned by myself with a lot of trials and errors so I can give you advice on how to avoid them. Depending on your level, we can work on different areas of your work... maybe you need help with chosing your colors, maybe you need help with controling the water... there is a lot of exercise you can do to warm up and work on what is difficult before going to your painting.
I believe in Teaching for the person, which is why I work on a one on one basis to get to know you, your style and help you learn in the way that will best apply to you.
I base my teaching off of the present ability of my students, novices to experienced the opportunity is always there to advance and add to your skills. From the novice learning about composition, color theory and shading methods, to perspective, mediums, styles and their techniques for the more experienced. We can review your knowledge and skills together to assess where I can help you the best.
My classes are for those who want to learn arts or crafts other than just painting on canvas. Beginners, or just curious about the medium, tools or products, try before you buy. Groups with a special event or just to gather for a meet up.
