About Isla
I'm an 18 year old student, who has recently completed my A-level Maths, Biology and Chemistry and I'm currently awaiting my results. I achieved all grade 8's and 9's in my GCSE's and I have a passion for helping others succeed academically.
Having recently studied these subjects, I understand the challenges students face and the techniques needed to perform well in exams. I enjoy explaining difficult concepts in a clear and simple way and helping students build confidence in their abilities.
I am friendly, patient and approachable and I aim to create a positive learning environment where students are able to make progress. My goal is to help every student reach their full potential and achieve the grades they're aiming for.

My lessons are tailored to each student's individual needs and learning style. Having recently completed my A-levels in Maths, Biology and Chemistry, I have a strong understanding of the current GCSE curriculum and exam requirements.
I focus on building confidence, strengthening subject knowledge and improving exam technique through clear explanations, worked examples and practice questions. Lessons are interactive and designed to help students feel comfortable asking questions and developing their understanding at their own pace.
Having achieved all grade nines in Maths and Science, I offer support for GCSE Maths, Biology and Chemistry students of all abilities, whether they are aiming to improve their grades, prepare for exams or gain confidence in challenging topics. Typical lessons last 60 minutes, but can be adapted to suit each student's goals.
