About Mathura
Despite their daunting appearance, maths and physics may become some of the most fascinating disciplines when approached properly. The key? realising that mastering them involves more than just studying formulas; it also entails experimenting with concepts and developing a few key abilities.
Imagine studying physics as a sequence of entertaining experiments that demonstrate how the world functions, or learning maths as if you were solving a puzzle. Any issue, no matter how complicated, can, in my opinion, be divided into digestible, manageable parts. These minor triumphs boost self-esteem and pave the way for effortlessly overcoming even the most difficult obstacles.
My objective as your instructor is to make physics and maths engaging as well as intelligible. We'll employ brief enquiries, easy games, and engagingchallenges to improve your abilities and turn learning into fun. I want you to realise how these topics may be exciting riddles just waiting to be solved and to feel the "aha!" moments when a challenging idea finally makes sense.
Physics and maths are more than just courses; they are chances to study, explore, and develop new, powerful ways of thinking. You'll see that they're not at all frightening while you're with me. They're for you and they're entertaining!

I believe that a class is filled with individuals that ALL learn differently. My approach to teaching is all about how to make sure they learn and not memorise. This can be through comparing concepts with activities that they may enjoy. Using coulors and pictures to help them understand. But also interpreting small skills they will need in the future. For example, timing them to answer small mark questions to get them used to timing and exam conditions.
I have achieved a 7 in Mathematics Higher in GCSE and a 8 in Sperate Science Physics GCSEand so therefore I can teach children with effective skills to be able to become more comfortable with the subject but also enjoy it more.
I am aiming to teach ages 11-14yr olds (year 7-9).
