About Emily
i am an a-level student studying Law, Spanish, English Lit and teaching english to a foreign language. i haven't been paid to tutor before but i have helped many friends and family in a formal matter and also i tutored secondary school students for free in my free time for a long time and they found it very helpful. i have 8 GCSEs and a b-tech at high grades, and i dedicate a lot of my time to education.

i would like to get to know my students and their learning style in order to plan the best lessons possible. i am open to lecture style lessons, active learning style lessons, revision style lessons and more. i am happy to use my text books and flashcards etc to help learning. i will set whatever homework the students feel is helpful (eg: practice exam questions, quizes, revision, task sheets etc.) i will approach each topic by teaching all the facts and setting activities in between.

Details
if the student is very near by or if the lesson is online the travel cost is of course not necessary. if the student is in secondary school year 9,10,11 the price will remain the same, price will decrease depending on age/level. (year 7 and 8 is £13 an hour in person and £10 an hour online. Any younger is £12 an hour in person and £9 an hour online.) I do not have a cancellation fee.
