About Oliver
I understand the pressure of exams, and just how difficult it is to achieve the grades you want, as I had experienced the struggle of failing exams just months before GCSEs started.
For the more ambitious students looking for grades 7-9, I personally went from a U grade in April, to achieving a 9 Further Maths.
With plenty of experience teaching cadets weekly, I’m no stranger to using different methods, and teaching varying levels of capability - through which I have developed the soft skills, such as patience and encouragement, required for tutoring. :)

I tend to visualise difficult concepts as it helps students (especially visual learners) develop a deeper understanding of subjects. I find it useful to fully explain topics as it builds confidence in personal ability, and will help ease pressure in exams.
My lessons can vary in length, but typically average around an hour so as to not result in burnout.
I am an A level student studying Maths, Physics, and Further Maths, and have achieved 9s in both Maths and Further Maths at GCSE.
I am able to teach GCSE students and below, as well as helping students prepare for mental aptitude tests that you’d find in private school entry exams.
