my lessons are friendly based . I like to make my students my academic friends so that they enjoy the new skills they are learning rather than feeling boredom. I have a rule and that one rule is not-to change topic as that leads to a shift in focus so i give 10 minute discussions at the end for whatever they want to say in a more non academic manner.
