I believe that my responsibility is to provide all my students with the tools for their own success. I work hard to provide my students with the materials they need to learn and understand the content in a fun and engaging way. I work with students and their families to identify attainable and meaningful goals in their academics. I am patient and prefer to use positive reinforcement when working with my students. I hope to create environments where students are comfortable asking for help, yet feel brave and secure in taking their own risks in their learning journey.
