About Diego
Hi, how are you? My name is Diego Rodrigues. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Saint Mary's University (Halifax / NS), I'm a Certified Life Coach and a member of ICF (International Coaching Federation). I am a husband, father, and entrepreneur in the field of Personal Development since 2018. Professionally, I bring international experience in leadership, team management, and performance-driven results. In my coaching practice, I apply an empathetic and results-oriented approach, recognizing each client as a whole person—addressing physical, emotional, spiritual, and intellectual dimensions. Grounded in this holistic perspective, I work collaboratively with clients to deepen self-awareness, define meaningful goals, and pursue them in a sustainable and realistic manner.
