About Anna
I have recently retired from a long career in public service. My love affair with the Spanish language began as a young child, because my father took time to teach me, but also because I wanted to know what the adults were gossiping about when they didn't want us kids to know.
I spent a summer in Spain when I was 16, and I have traveled all over the Spanish-speaking parts of the United States, as well as to Mexico, Guatemala, and Panama.

I offer elementary to high school level grammar and conversation with emphasis on formal rules, reading and writing. Travel focused skills for specific destination or activity. Immersion via art and culture to augment academic study and bring the experience alive.
