About Maggie
I am a first year university student who has been tutoring English to international students grades K-12 since September 2017. In high school, I was in the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma program and had a English grade 6. My students started off with having trouble pronouncing words or having grammatical errors in their papers but now are confident English speakers who are eager to learn more about the language!

I like to take it slow and easy, making sure that my student understands/learns to the fullest before proceeding on to the next section. I believe that when a student isn’t pressured or rushed, they will be less nervous and speak/write better.
At the start of every lesson, there will be a vocabulary and conversation quiz. My students will be quizzed on the vocabulary or conversational phrases learned from the previous lesson. Every month, there will be a test on everything learned in that month.
Parents will be updated every class on how their child/children are doing.
