About Olya
I graduated from the Faculty of Journalism of Moscow State University. I have been teaching Russian to my fellow journalists from all over the world since 2013. Since 2018 I have lived in Rome where I am pursuing a master's degree in publishing. I also teach Italian language to foreign students. My job is to help my students to make their dreams of a better future, work, study and life in the countries they love most, Russia and Italy, come true. Wonderful, isn't it? :)

Hello and welcome! Since you are here, you probably like Russia and the Russian language. I hope I can become your guide to the Russian-speaking world and that you will enjoy our lessons! My teaching principles are simple but proven:
- I choose an individual program for each student based on the interests and goals you have.
- I am a big fan of communicative and lexical approaches in learning foreign languages. During my lessons I will pay attention to grammar and theory, but we will practice most of the time: we will talk, discuss, learn to express our opinions and have a dialogue in Russian.
- I will help you to learn more about Russian culture, music, literature, cinema, politics, economy, history, modern life. We will take advantage of all of these topics to to enhance our lessons.
- My goal is to build a respectful and confidential relationship with students. I like when there is room for laughter, curiosity and fun at our lessons. But at the same time, I ask my students for consistency and commitment, because only by working together we achieve an excellent result.
- Don't worry, I'll provide you with all the material you need for our lessons.
