About YEBIN
Hi! I'm Yebin, nice to meet you!
I am a native English speaker from Canada, and I am also Korean!
Growing up, I spent a lot of time translating and helping people communicate their needs. Because of this, I personally understand how frustrating and intimidating learning a new language can be. I know what it feels like when you know what you want to say in your head, but the English words just won't come out!
My goal as a tutor is to make your learning journey as smooth and stress-free as possible. I am deeply patient, encouraging, and easy to talk to. Whether you are a total beginner who needs someone to slow down and explain things simply, or an intermediate speaker looking to build natural conversational flow, I am here to help you communicate with confidence.
Outside of tutoring, I love meeting and learning from different cultures, chatting about everyday life, music, hobbies, and travel.

What to Expect in My Lessons
My goal is to provide a relaxed, pressure-free environment where you can practice speaking English naturally! I welcome both beginner and intermediate learners.
Here is how we can use our time together:
-Casual Free Talk: We can talk about everyday life, hobbies, travel, culture, music, or whatever interests you! This is perfect for building speaking speed and natural vocabulary.
-Beginner-Friendly Practice: If you are just starting out, don't worry about making mistakes! I am very patient and will adjust my speaking speed to match your comfort level.
-Guided Topics & Articles: If you prefer structure over free talk, we can use Cambly lesson materials or short articles to guide our discussion and learn new vocabulary together.
-Gentle Corrections: I can provide real-time corrections in the chat box or after you finish speaking, whichever you prefer.
Whether you want to drop in for a quick 15-minute chat or have a regular weekly conversation, I look forward to meeting you!
