About Peta

My name is Peta, I am a Charlotte, North Carolina native, but I have family in the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Belgium. As a child and teen, my family made constant visits to Belgium and learned about the Belgian culture (The chocolate and waffles are definitely life-changing). After serving the country in the United States Army, I wanted to seek other ways to serve my community and country, and education seemed like the best place to start! The classroom is definitely where my hopes are set, but starting out online sounds like such an adventure!

About the lesson

French is NOT an easy language to learn, especially in a world dominated by other languages. I am here to help you through those challenges and simplify French concepts and pronunciation. In no time at all, and with very little effort, you will be enjoying comfortable conversations in French, impressing your instructors and yourselves.

I’ve know Peta since her time serving as a Psychologist Specialist in the Army! She is SERIOUSLY a Jack-of-all-trades and a master of French! She is the kindest person I know, and always goes above and beyond for those who she believes in!
