About Lily
I am a marine biology student at uni currently, offering tutoring in maths for students up to GCSE level!
I got an 8 in GCSE maths and an A in Level 3 Core Maths (taken alongside my A-levels). I also helped out younger students with maths whilst studying my A-levels, and I’m happy to give you a hand with whatever it is you’re struggling with!

My teaching method is based around looking at why students are struggling and then trying to remedy that, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. For example, I myself always found it much easier to remember maths rules when I had a visual reminder of the rule, whereas some of the students I’ve helped in the past have found it easier when they’ve got songs or rhymes to remember things or can do work once they know what it actually is they’re doing.
